Son proteína Pura, 100% aislada e hidrolizada, Sin lactosa, Sin azúcar, Sin grasa ni gluten, además endulzadas exclusivamente con STEVIA, que es natural y sana, quería que por ejemplo mujeres embarazadas o dando pecho pudiesen tomarla sin miedo. Cuando las proteínas las endulzan con edulcorante artificial como suclarosa (más económica y no es sana) el dulce se apodera del sabor de la proteína, incrementa tu ansiedad a la larga por carbos y puede causarte molestias gastrointestinales.

Llegar al sabor de chocolate fue super difícil, porque hay muchos tipos de chocolate en el mundo: chocolate de leche, chocolate blanco, chocolate oscuro, la gente es bien específica cuando de chocolate se trata, el sabor de chocolate es muy subjetivo, así que trate de llegar a un buen sabor a chocolate, pero sin que fuera muy fuerte, ni muy dulce, para que ustedes pudieran adaptarlo a su gusto, si te gusta muy dulce, puedes agregarle un poco más de stevia. Es de mis preferidas.

Mantequilla de maní🍨: saben que esta es otra de mis consentidas, esta proteína sabe a mantequilla de maní de verdad, no es que tiene un ligero sabor, es que sabe a maní y eso me encanta.

Fresa🍓: la proteína de fresa es muy rica, sabe como a una merengada hecha con helado de fresa, si eres de los que les gusta ese sabor esta te va a encantar.

IMPORTANTE: para que la proteína te quede bien debes apegarte a las instrucciones que están en el pote, agrega entre 3/4 de taza y 1 taza máximo de líquido, si le vas agregar hielo , utiliza 3/4 de taza de líquido, todo calculado para medidas específicas, si le echas demasiado líquido por supuesto no va a quedar con la consistencia ideal. Yo la preparo con 3/4 de taza de agua y 3 cubos de hielo grandes o 1/4 de cubitos chiquitos👌🏼
